I HEREBY, for myself and my heirs, release any and all rights/claims for damages or injuries I may have against Battle for Oklahoma as well as any and all participating sponsors, supporters, property owners, referees, field helpers, or any other authorized meet personnel as a result of my traveling to, participating in, or traveling from the 2022 Battle for Oklahoma. I make this release and waiver of claim with full knowledge of the hazards and inherent risks associated with the above mentioned competition. I expressly assume the risk of injury and property damage/loss. I HEREBY, state that I have read all rules and regulations for the competition and state that all the information asked for in this form is true and valid, and I agree to abide by all the rules and policies governing this competition. I agree to pay any attorney fees and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate, whom I may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability. I understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses is the sine qua non for the acceptance of my entry in this contest. I understand that any image or likeness of my image taken while attending Battle for Oklahoma will become the property of United Scottish Clans of Oklahoma.
