Come celebrate Burns Night with the United Scottish Clans of Oklahoma!
Burns Night marks the birthday of Scotland’s most famous poet and bard, Robert “Rabbie” Burns. Each year, we celebrate his life and work with a multi-course dinner, cocktails, poetry readings, various toasts, bagpipes, live music, a silent auction and of course – the option of dining on a traditional haggis. From heart-warming traditions to belly-warming scotch, this is an event you really don’t want to miss!
Burns Night will be hosted in the hotel ballroom of The Skirvin, one of the most historic and elegant venues in downtown Oklahoma City. We’ll also be featuring a signature cocktail called the Ginger Scot, hand-crafted with scotch whisky and ginger ale.
In addition to the evening’s dinner and festivities, we’ll be hosting a silent auction. (As a 501c3 non-profit organization, any donations or winning bids will be tax-deductible!) Attendees will also enjoy photo opportunities with life-size standees of their favorite characters from Outlander.
